At Radinspiration, we want you to love your purchase. Because every item is made to order especially for you, please review this policy before placing your order.
Return Window
You have 20 calendar days from the date of delivery to contact us and initiate a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items with custom names, custom text, or personalized designs requested by the customer
- Items marked as final sale
Refunds & Exchanges
We offer full refunds to the original payment method for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. For all other eligible returns, we offer product exchanges or store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@radinspiration.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@radinspiration.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with instructions
- Ship the item back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items)
- Once received and inspected, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5 business days
Disputes
We kindly ask that you contact us at info@radinspiration.com before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving any issue quickly and fairly.
